Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ElderCareLog. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only with authority to share the information you enter.
Care coordination, not medical advice
ElderCareLog is a coordination and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Always contact qualified professionals or emergency services when a situation requires them.
Accounts and circles
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for inviting only people who should participate in a care circle. Circle admins control membership and permissions, and members must respect the privacy of everyone in the circle.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, upload malicious material, access information without permission, interfere with the service, or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users or the service.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. The app will show current plan and renewal information where available. You may cancel future billing according to the controls shown in the app or by contacting support.
